AZERBAIJAN`S DEPUTY JUSTICE MINISTER MEETS DIRECTOR
OF THE EUROPEAN PUBLIC LAW CENTER
Azerbaijan`s Deputy Justice Minister Vilayet Zahirov has met with visiting Director of the European Public Law Center Professor Spyridon Flogaitis.
Zahirov touched on ongoing reforms in Azerbaijan to modernize judicial system. He said the training of lawyers and legal reforms projects supported by the Greece government are being successfully implemented. Deputy Minister highlighted the importance of training young lawyers at the European Public Law Center.
Flogaitis noted legal reforms in Azerbaijan are progressive and meet international standards. He said the Center places a particular emphasis on expanding relationships with Azerbaijan.
Greek Ambassador in Azerbaijan Temistocles Dimidis was present at the meeting.
