AZERBAIJAN`S JUSTICE MINISTER MEETS US ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF STATE FOR DEMOCRACY, HUMAN RIGHTS AND LABOR
 Azerbaijan`s Justice Minister Fikrat Mammadov met Friday with visiting US Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights and Labor David J. Kramer.
The Minister spoke of the democratic changes, ensuring human rights, strengthening judiciary power in his country.
Mr. Kramer, in turn, said the United States puts special emphasis on the democratic reforms in Azerbaijan adding that his country is curious about expanding relations with Azerbaijan.
 The meeting also focused on prospects for the US-Azerbaijan cooperation and other issues of mutual interest.
US Ambassador to Azerbaijan Anne Derse was also present in the meeting.
